The J series of concrete product machines is TIGER’S most versatile and economical machine series offered for the production of high quality concrete masonry units for their size and price. These machines are truly multi-purpose machines capable of making concrete block, brick, retaining wall products and other landscape and hardscape products just as some other larger and more expensive machines can but do it with a much smaller investment.

The J series are durable, reliable easy to operate and maintain. They are engineered to be heavy-duty for continuous, dependable and long life operation. These machines require no expensive pits of foundations as they are mounted on a massive base plate and frame.

This series of machines includes the models J-50 and J-100, their design is unique in the world. The J series of machines vibration system uses multiple large vibrators that have specific uses such as compression and feeding of the material over the mold cavity. Each individually suited for its application. Vibration forces are concentrated on the mold so most of the energy available for vibro-compacting is used where is needed, at the forming mold. This allows the J series to make concrete products of the outmost quality and density.

The J series incorporate compacting head vibration systems assuring top quality face products. The J series have available to them (as an option) a removable front feed drawer system (unlike machines of this size and price range anywhere) that cam be used for the manufacture of multiple layer products such as paving stones or mixing and blending of multi colors for any given product. The J series utilize medium pressure hydraulics to make it easy to maintain and safe to operate. A built-in Horizontal core puller option designed to be an integral part of the machine, not at after thought, is available.

These machines utilize a friendly touch-screen graphic operator interface. The control panel software has also electrical and system troubleshooting sub-routines, error history, automatic feed production reports and many other time saving and record keeping features. The J series can manufacture products from 40 and up to 200 mm in height with no difficulty whatsoever and with the same consistent density and finish at all heights. The J series has no equivalent in the world as they are unique in their design and operation. Unlike competitive models, the J-50 and J-100 machines are economical and very productive for their size and price.
